TRAINING MODULE ON CLASSICAL TEST THEORY APPLICATION SOFTWARE
This is a training module designed to train Psychometricians and Researchers including Research Students on the use of a CLASSICAL TEST THEORY PROGRAMME (CTTPROG) software. The software is able to provide information on all the following:
i. Item discrimantion
ii. Item difficulty
iii. Point biserial correlation
iv. Sub-test validity (inter-correlational matrix)
v. Effectiveness of distraction
vi. Test average difficulty (this is actually the average performance of the candidates)
vii. Test reliability (KR-20)
viii. Criterion validity
ix. Mean, standard error of mean, standard deviation, skewness and kurtosis of candidates performances in the whole tests and sub-tests (if any)
The software is free (you can request for it through earnia13@gmail.com) but need to pay a token (N50,000 for non EARNiA Members and N25,000 for EARNiA members) to download the training manual.
