This was an idea nurtured by a member of the Network in June 2013 and shared with five people in Nigeria, Cameroon and Botswana.
The idea was welcomed by all the people contacted.
As at today, the number of those who have indicated their willingness to join the Network has grown geometrically
Objectives and Activities
The objective of the Network is to create avenue for Assessment and Research Experts across Africa to interact and produce an assessment framework in Africa that can be compared with the rest of the world. This could be achieved by rigorous research efforts on assessment. The outcome of such research and assessment efforts will be publicized.
