The Educational Assessment and Reasearch Network in Africa (EARNiA) was an idea nurtured by a member of the Network in June 2013 and shared with five people in Nigeria, Cameroon and Botswana. The idea was welcomed by all the people contacted.
As at today, the number of those who have indicated their willingness to join the Network has grown geometrically

EARNiA runs an open access journal which means that all content is freely available without charge to the user or his/her/institution. Users are allowed to read, download, copy distribute, print, search, or link to the Full texts of the article or use them for any other lawful purpose, without asking prior permission from the publisher or the author. This is in accordance with the BOAI definition of open access.
