Introduction
Assessment and Research serve as the foundation for innovation and reform in education. They provide the data and insights necessary for informed decision-making, policy formulation, and instructional improvement. However, many African countries face persistent challenges in ensuring quality, equity, and relevance in the education system. Existing assessments and research in many African institutions appear underdeveloped, underutilized, or misaligned with global standards and local needs, which poses serious challenges. To tackle these challenges, EARNiA announces her 11th International Conference on Strengthening Africans' Proficiency in Assessment and Research. The conference will hold in the Republic of Nigeria between the 9th and 14th November, 2025 at Nasarawa State University, Keffi (NSUK). Participants are requested to send their abstracts of not more than 200 words to https://earnia.org/?p=submit-paper on or before 20th September, 2025.
