Introduction Educational Assessment and Research practice to a large extent is not at its best in Africa probably because not all assessment and research practitioners are properly literate in the process. Moreover, those who are literate in the process of assessment and research are not grounded in the arts and science of conducting credible assessment and research. This is the why this year�s conference focuses on cultivating Educational Assessment and Research Literacy in Africa. Therefore, EARNiA announces her 3rd International Conference on Cultivating Educational Assessment and Research Literacy in Africa which shall hold in the Republic of Nigeria between 3 and 8 December, 2017 at Benue State University, Makurdi, Benue State, Nigeria.
